For the purposes of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), the data controller is the developer of the App.

⚠️ Important: Firebase Analytics does NOT collect your notes content, your name, or any personally identifiable information. It only collects anonymous events like "user opened app" or "user created note" — with no way to trace them back to you.

Legal basis (GDPR): Processing is based on legitimate interests (crash reporting, app improvement) and contract performance (providing the note-taking service you requested).
The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

We do not integrate with any advertising networks, data brokers, or social media tracking services.
You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the App. For Google Drive backup data, delete the "Peteks Notes" folder from your Google Drive manually.

⚠️ Disclaimer: No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend enabling secure notes for sensitive information and keeping your device's OS up to date.
Peteks is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU under GDPR).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@peteksapp.com and we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

Note: Since most data is stored locally on your device, the most effective way to exercise your right to erasure is to uninstall the App and delete your Google Drive backup folder.
